You voluntarily assume the risks associated with your participation to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for working within your own abilities and limitations.

5. No Guaranteed Results

The Healthful Hygienist does not guarantee any particular health, pain-relief, fitness, professional, financial, or lifestyle result.

Individual outcomes vary based upon many factors, including consistency, health history, lifestyle, working conditions, existing injuries, movement patterns, medical conditions, and individual circumstances.

Testimonials, examples, or case studies represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same result.

Due to the immediate-access nature of downloadable digital products, digital purchases may be non-refundable once access or download has been provided, except where otherwise stated on the specific sales page or required by applicable law.

Workshops, coaching programs, challenges, memberships, or other services may have separate refund or cancellation policies displayed at the time of purchase.
